We are one of the experts in Manufacturer, Supplier, Exporter of Actuator Dampers / Fabricated Valves, Electrically Operated Dampers, Multi Louver Dampers, Guillotine Dampers, Single Flap Dampers, Butterfly Dampers, Automated Valves Dampers, Material Diverters, Slide Gates and Knife gates. Our set up is situated in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and we provide our products and services to ALL OVER THE WORLD.
We also undertake the assignment for complete designing of various types of dampers such as Butterfly type single flap dampers/ Multi louver dampers/ 3-way Diverter/Material Diverters/Slide Gates/Guillotine dampers in IS 2062, IS 2002, SA 516, SS 304, SS 310 etc. We also manufacture High Temperature & High-Performance Dampers.
VRT has a design centre and a manufacturing facility with required machines and facilities for our products in the outskirts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
We have two covered shed with 10 T and 5 T EOT cranes and sufficient covered and open area for fabrication, machining, and testing.
We have supplied equipment under third party supervision of several leading and prestigious inspection authorities. We have standard Quality Assurance plans for our products and are willing to include any additional demands from clients and consultants.
Inspection procedures like NDT testing MPI, DP, Radiography, and Ultrasonic are regularly carried out., Original Mill TC, bought out inspection & test reports, stage wise inspection records, inspection after assembly are regularly carried out.
We are constantly upgrading ourselves by adding additional facilities and talented manpower. We also have a host of approved sub vendors to meet ever growing customer demands.
